I guess there is no better time than the present to start this blog. I mean, I do have a two week road trip to San Francisco to prepare for, but I planned well enough ahead to cross off doing laundry, cleaning, and packing for two people in my little four-person family. I think merits a little break, no?
Honestly, I have wrestled with the idea of starting a public blog for a few months now. I used to blog on a public forum, but it was wedding related at the time, and Steve and I just celebrated our NINE YEAR wedding anniversary (go us!) this month. In the nine years since that blog, I have done the following:
1. Bought my first house
2. Had my first baby
3. Moved to the Seattle area (from the Bay Area)
4. Sold my first house and bought my second.
5. Had my second baby
So now that the dust has settled in around me, I feel like I need another outlet. And here we are. :)
I hope to come back for one more post before we leave, but if I don't, I'd appreciate your prayers/good thoughts for getting through five stops over two states, with two kids under seven.
Who am I kidding.
I need a miracle.
